“Ability is of little consequence without opportunity”

This quote from Napoleon best sums ups Paul’s career, taking the opportunities when and as they present themselves and deliver results to the very best of his ability.

After years of experience at a number of Australia’s leading marketing communications agencies across a variety of creative and account service positions, Paul joined the multinational, Grey Group, in 1992, eventually rising to Group Chairman (Australia and New Zealand) in 1999, a position he held until he left in 2012 to start his own business consulting practice specialising in business strategy, branding and marketing communications and green field entrepreneurial start-ups in Australia and overseas.

Since Grey, Paul has worked with some of Australia’s leading brands across construction, insurance, website development, retail, Government, and major events such as The Australian Open and Australian Grand Prix.

He offers experience across Business, Sport, The Arts, Education and Charity, elements which Paul believes make up the lifeblood of Melbourne success. He also broadcasts a weekly Media, Marketing and Advertising segment on the Steve Price show (Thursday nights) across fifty-one stations around Australia.

A Sensei (Master) in Kyokushin Karate, Paul was made a Member of the Order of Australia for services to charity, the Arts and the Advertising Industry in the 2008 Queen’s Birthday Honours.
